Steve joined BurnVoir as an Associate in 2008 having worked for several years in Corporate Finance with the Perth office of BDO, a large Chartered Accounting firm. Steve’s exposure to the WA market has seen him working predominantly with mining and energy clients in a wide range of roles including M&A advisory, listings on the ASX and AIM, financial modelling, due diligence and in the preparation of Independent Expert’s Reports. Steve provides analytical and transaction execution support across BurnVoir’s transactions. |
