TrueGreen Mobility Limited sources, develops, manufactures and supplies electric and hydrogen mobility solutions leveraging its full service zero emissions fleet transition platform. 

It is part of the TrueGreen Impact Group which manages a diverse portfolio of clean technology and sustainability businesses and projects including zero emissions transport, green building manufacturing, indigenous project participation, renewables and remediation. 

BurnVoir acted as financial adviser and arranger to TrueGreen Mobility to fund the growth of its electric vehicle business in Australia and New Zealand by successfully securing a A$110 million term loan facility from Tor Investment Management, a Hong Kong based private alternative asset manager.

The funding helped solidify TrueGreen Mobility’s position as a leading provider of electric vehicle and hydrogen transport and logistics solutions in Australia.
